Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand UP Education Full time
Use your passion for Education to inspire others to take the first step towards moving ahead in life

Here is what you will be working on:
You will be the first person our future students meet when they visit our campus in Christchurch.

You will be working closely with our talented tutors and campus management team to really bring our campus to life.

You will also be an advocate for our brand and our programmes as you connect with organisations, schools and people in the community to promote our brand and share the amazing opportunities NZMA has to offer those looking to engage in education.

What is in it for you?

  • Reward of watching students grow and achieve their full potential
  • Opportunities to grow your career further across our group
  • An awesome work environment with a fun, supportive and highly successful team

This is what we need you to be good at:
You must be passionate about the impact education can have on the lives of our rangatahi and students.

You will inspire, be positive, and be enthusiastic as you present to prospective students the opportunities that an NZMA qualification has to offer.

Sales experience is great but ultimately, we are looking for the right blend of a great positive attitude, the desire to get results, and a passion to help others through education.

If you are energetic, passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and love working as part of a small but awesome team - this role could be for you

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

You will be someone who is:

  • Energetic, positive, and driven to succeed
  • Able to be supportive and empathic
  • A natural relationship builder
  • A competent administrator with good attention to detail
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students

What it is like to work here:

You will be walking into an energetic environment where value is placed on being able to work independently to deliver agreed outcomes rather than micro-managing work and tasks.

You will work with the Campus Manager to see NZMA Rotorua grow in the community and positively impact lives of rangatahi and their whanau

This is a high energy, fun and team-oriented environment. At NZMA there is a culture of developing and advancing great staff from within. This role could be the start of a fantastic career in Education.

About the NZMA Group:

The NZMA Group is the largest private provider (PTE) of vocational education in New Zealand and have a portfolio of brands which include:

  • The Culinary Collective
  • School of Cooking and Hospitality
  • The New Zealand Institute of Sport
  • NZMA Trades

We deliver top quality training in some of the fastest-growing fields today - from hospitality, cookery, trades, health, to early childhood.

With practical courses that teach real skills, unrivalled career support and campuses across New Zealand, the NZMA Group is a springboard for building many bright and successful futures, all while helping students 'learn to move ahead'
