As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key asset to two National Directors, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their office

Your responsibilities will include:

Lease and Documentation Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and legal professionals to prepare and execute necessary documentation.

Project Coordination: Oversee Corporate Leasing and Occupied Services projects, submissions, and presentations.

Personal Assistant Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for directors, manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Financial Reconciliation: Oversee budgets, expenses, and reporting for Corporate Leasing and Occupier Services.

Portfolio Management: Manage the Auckland Office Workplace portfolio.

Deal and AML Compliance: Review and manage deals, ensuring AML cases are up to date.

Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, including agreements, listings, and database management.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
  • Selfmotivated, capable of working independently, and adept at prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Systemoriented, solutionfocused, and processdriven.
