Building Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of residential construction projects.
2. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
3. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
4. Support the team in maintaining project timelines and budgets.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
**Minimum Requirements**:
1. Relevant diploma in construction, building, or a related field, OR
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the residential construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.
