**About the Company & Culture**:
Our client is a prominent service provider in the medical sector, serving the South Auckland community. This temporary Executive Assistant role is situated within their dynamic engineering team known for its excellence and cohesion. This temporary role entails covering a secondment for an internal staff member between 3 - 6 months.

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Service Manager within this team. Providing day to day support to ensure the seamless operation of daily activities.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Diary management and organisation assistance
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, documentation, and minute taking
- Providing administrative supporting to the service manager as required
- Preparation and drafting of reports and documents
- Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships

**Start Date**:As soon as possible.

**Days/ Hours**: Full time position (40 hours, Monday - Friday) with some flexibility on working hours and working from home days.

**About You**:

- Excellent organisational & administration skills
- Strong written and oral communication, including interaction with senior management and clients
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Typing, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Time and diary management
- Agility to support multiple individuals concurrently
