About the Company:
Based on the North Shore of Auckland, a prominent player in Architectural Facades is currently seeking an accomplished Site Manager with strong leadership credentials to join their dynamic team.
With over two decades of expertise, the company specializes in high-performance full facade solutions, managing every aspect from conceptualization to installation.
Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to facade installation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and collaborative project delivery.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in facade installation and finishing.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and uphold safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

Communication: Foster effective communication between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process, working towards swift and effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and any necessary compliance documentation.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in facade construction or related field, with a proven track record of successful site/project management.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, ensuring the smooth progress of construction projects.
