We are looking for a passionate Facilities Manager who embraces change, cares about people while also delivering high-quality client-side facilities services that support our healthy people, healthy environment and healthy business objectives.

This is a unique opportunity that doesn't fit into a 'traditional' Facilities mould.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Maximise positive workplace experience with a community mindset
  • Manage and deliver services including office management, building security, compliance, proactive maintenance, mailroom services, security, cleaning, office Health & Safety, hazard management
  • Manage contracts and service delivery of our external partners / vendors within KPIs
  • Project management of refurbishments / capital projects
  • Continuously develop and improve all facilities plans & processes

We are not looking for a specific "type" of person, but we think it may help you succeed if you have a background in Facilities Management the main criteria are someone who is a problem solver, is passionate about people and delivers great outcomes.


Being a pragmatic and somewhat technical / detailed thinker with a "gets stuff done" attitude is also a skill we feel will help us as a team reach our goals.


It's helpful if you have had previous client-side experience in a large organisation as negotiating and understanding how corporates tick makes life easier for you and us as a team.


In this role, being a great communicator who can embrace change but is equally resilient to process, a willingness to learn and grow will help you succeed.

We are keen to understand what energises you - as there is a balance of both practical and soft skills in this role.
