The Colliers (Hamilton) team is dynamic and focused on delivering outstanding results to their clients.

They manage a large number of properties and body corporates, and in this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and advising on the maintenance, building compliance, and health & safety across all of their properties.


No two days will be the same, but your core responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day to day maintenance of all properties, including building, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and landscaping
  • Managing relationships and liaising with their database of contractors
  • Ensuring building compliance and health and safety is current
  • Overseeing maintenance and repair budgets
  • Liaising with building owners, tenants and contractors
Ideally you will have a trade background, however it is not necessary to have completed a trade qualification.

Your communication and interpersonal skills will impress, your problem-solving ability will be proven and you will demonstrate well developed computer skills.

Juggling multiple balls at once, and managing your time effectively will be a key driver in your success.

A clean and current full driver's licence is essential.
