Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This position as a Business Partner in our People Capability team, offers the opportunity to lead the analysis, design and delivery of innovative new ways to learn and grow capability in a key customer-focussed area of the organisation.
We're looking for someone who can partner with the business as a liaison point between Property Rights, our Contact Centre, and the People function. This would be for someone creative who can rethink how we design and deliver learning, someone who is outcome focused and who delivers solutions that are pragmatic, useful, accessible, and fit for purpose.
Working within our wider People group our new Business Partner People Experience & Capability will:

- Be a trusted partner and a source of learning knowledge and expertise to Property Rights and our Contact Centre,
- Lead the learning needs analysis in Property Rights and the Contact Centre to inform their Induction programme and support their ongoing capability needs,
- Collaborate with our Instructional Designers to ensure the design of our complex and technical learning is innovative, easy to digest and understand,
- Collaborate within the People Experience team to diagnose the business challenges and opportunities for learning and/or development, tailoring solutions to meet the specific capability uplift required,
- Develop an evaluation and assessment process to determine whether our learners are acquiring the learning and can implement their skills and knowledge on the job.

- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts including measurement and evaluation methods,
- Ability to design innovate learning approaches into technical learning,
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of people,
- Strong relationship management, influencing and engagement skills,
- Proven experience working to a project methodology to deliver learning outcomes to time, scope, and cost,
- Facilitation experience,
- Relevant work experience at a learning consultant/advisor level,
- A background in operations/frontline environments advantageous,
- Experience using Totara or other Learning Management Systems preferred.

**The annual salary range for this role is**: $93,949 - $105,000 dependant on skills and experience.
