Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in security operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer service.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Certification in relevant security training programs (e.g., CPR, First Aid, security management, Green COA) is a plus.
