Our partner requires an experienced Change Manager to work with key leaders and stakeholders to deliver end to end change.

You will lead the direction in the planning and delivery of large, strategic and operational change initiatives across key projects for the business.

This is a complex organisation undergoing a large transformation, where you will be key to leading change across process and technology with a key focus on Cyber Security.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years Change Management experience.
  • Experience within a large complex environment delivering end to end programmes of change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
  • Proven handson experience helping navigate people through change.
  • Previous experience influencing and communicating change.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience across Cyber Security Advantageous.
