**Ko tāu ake mahi | What you will be doing**

You will be an important link that drives partnership between Pegasus and General Practices, guiding, supporting and influencing the overall business needs of general practices through change and innovation.

By working with Pegasus general practices and their communities you will enable business sustainability with a focus on meeting the needs of patients. This is a challenging role that will draw on your extensive business, people and change management experience.

**Ko ngā pūkenga ōu | What you will bring**
- Significant experience in a relationship management role and/or key account management role
- Relevant business or management related tertiary qualification (i.e. BCom, Public Health Management)
- Proven experience and thorough understanding of change management methodologies
- Extensive experience with business operations of an organisation (including managing budgets, people and resources)
- Communication skills that enable you to relate naturally and confidently to a diverse range of people throughout all organisation levels
- Experience or exposure to the New Zealand health system will be a real advantage to help you hit the ground running.

This a full-time role and some work outside of usual office hours will be required to meet the stakeholders’ needs. Although the role is primarily based in the office, there is some flexibility to work from home occasionally. As the role involves frequent travel around the Canterbury region, a clean full driver’s license and own car is required. You will be reimbursed for mileage.
