Embark on a transformative journey as a Change Manager, steering an ERP implementation with our client.

**What our client can offer**:
Our client offers an exceptional work environment, working with a really talented team of project practitioners. In this contract you’ll be in the thick of an exciting journey of change, implementing a new ERP system. Located just outside of the CBD they offer a range of benefits to contract and permanent staff.

**What you will do**:
As the Change Manager, you'll be leading the charge in implementing a new ERP system for our client's core HR and Finance operations. You'll need to get in the thick of it, and we are looking for someone who can start soon. As a senior contractor for 12 months, your expertise will be instrumental in carrying out this digital transition.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
We are seeking a proactive self-starter that has strong experience implementing change strategies successfully. You will bring;
- Significant Change Management experience
- Experience in delivering ERP change programmes or handling extensive organisational Digital/IT change programmes
- Experience utilising a variety of change methods, processes and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Exceptional leadership skills
