Seeking an intermediate level Change Manager for a part-time 6 month contract onsite, working across a project focussed on compliance & partnerships.

**What our client can offer**:
This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a significant programme that aims to optimise client / supplier relationships and ensure beneficial outcomes.

Based in Christchurch, our client is looking for a resource for 20-25 hours a week, and offers the opportunity to work in an established PMO environment, amongst other experienced Change Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Your skills and expertise won't go unrecognised.

**What you will do**:
This contract is an exciting opportunity to really show off your change management skills and work with great internal staff.

Primary responsibilities will involve hands-on execution to support the specific programme's objectives. This is focussed around ensuring compliance is being followed around partnerships and agreements for the business. You will work closely with project professionals and BAU commercial team members, emphasising the need to build a cohesive and strong team.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in Change Management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to manage multi-locational and multi-divisional stakeholder groups.
- Prior experience in commercial sustainability projects is desirable.
- Please note that this is a part-time contract role based onsite in Christchurch._
