Seeking an experienced Change Manager for a 6 month contract working across two key strategic projects within an ePMO.

**What our client can offer**:
This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in two significant strategic projects across business processes, continuous improvement, optimising customer experience and future growth planning.

Based in Christchurch, our client is looking for a skilled Change Manger, and offers the opportunity to work in an established PMO environment, amongst other experienced Change Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Your skills and expertise won't go unrecognised.

**What you will do**:
This contract is an exciting opportunity to really show off your change management skills and work with great internal staff.

Primary responsibilities will involve focussing on customer experience, future growth and strategic plans, process improvement and working on improvement roadmaps. You will work closely with project professionals and BAU commercial team members, emphasising the need to build a cohesive and strong team.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 7 years experience in Change Management roles in significant business programmes within large organisations.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in the areas of business management, organisational change or similar, to degree level and/or change management practitioner certification (Prosci, PCI or equivalent).
- Experience in various change and project management methodologies including supporting change within an Agile and/or hybrid delivery model.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Fantastic stakeholder engagement and management practices and style.
- Ability to manage multi-locational and multi-divisional stakeholder groups.
