Be the change catalyst Our client is on the lookout for a passionate Change Manager ready to shape the future of commercial operations.

Based in Christchurch, our client offers great work flexibility, the opportunity to work in an established PMO environment, and amongst other experienced Change Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Your skills and expertise won't go unrecognised. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate and the chance to make real changes in a 6-month contract.

**What you will do**:
You will engage and educate business stakeholders, suppliers, and support centre staff about key changes to retail operations. It's not just about introducing changes; it's about ensuring everyone is on board and understands these changes.
Facilitate the introduction of new processes to meet New Zealand regulatory requirements. This isn't just about ticking a box - it's about ensuring a comprehensive understanding and seamless transition for all involved.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Can you connect, educate, and persuade?
- Ability to create and execute strong change management planning.
- Experience in projects that require both technology and process changes.
- The flair for robust education and consultation. It's one thing to bring change; it's another to ensure everyone's on board.
