Joinery Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, production, and installation teams. The primary responsibility involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of joinery projects, from site measurement to final installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage. Experience in some or all of the following areas desirable.
Site Measurement and Assessment:
- Schedule and conduct site visits to measure windows/doors for quoting.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and needs for accurate quoting.
Quoting:
- Interpret plans and drawings to prepare joinery quotes including supply and installation
Ordering and Production Coordination:
- Prepare jobs for ordering
- Ordering jobs on internal system
Scheduling and Installation Coordination:
- Schedule production work to meet project timelines, aiming for completion within the designated lead time.
- Liaise with builders for installation scheduling if required.
Sales and Client Relations:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in joinery, construction, or related field.
- Strong understanding of reading plans and drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of joinery products and installation processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
