About the role


Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Manager, this role is responsible for providing customer communication and organization of machine delivery for the roll out of machines to customer contracts.

This role will also assist in the co-ordination and reconciliation of equipment stock take and maintain equipment movements and equipment on systems, including customer communication, agreeing and arranging delivery time/dates, communication with 3PL and internal stakeholders.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with delivery contractors to ensure expected levels of machine care are adhered to
  • Meet standard lead times or request delivery dates
  • Update/maintain reports of outstanding orders with order status
  • Coordinate and attend as necessary, customer site visits, audits, and meetings to gather data and communicate specific requirements relevant to implementation
  • Ensure that all machine movement is accurately captured within system

Skills & experience
You'll need to have outstanding customer service skills & experience, as well as:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Previous outbound contact centre experience
  • Ideally, previous experience in logistics/transport
