This role sits within our Marketing and Products team and is responsible for delivering training solutions across the NZ Markets group and to our customers.

This role is an 8 month fixed-term contract, to cover a period of maternity leave.

About the Role
In this role you will design and deliver best practice training solutions that support our Agri Managers to deliver outstanding service and solutions to our customers

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Sales L&D team and key stakeholders to create and deliver solutions via frameworks, programmes and course material aligned to the NZ Markets L&D strategy.
  • Assist with proactively identifying opportunities to implement a quality blended learning. environment across NZ Markets for our internal and external customers.
  • Assist with the development, design, and delivery of training programmes.
  • Work with our Instructional Designer to provide a clear blended learning platform for NZ Markets, creating a positive experience for all users.
  • Use your continuous improvement mindset to continually challenge and look for. improvements across all aspects of the L&D portfolios of work.

About You
You'll bring at least a couple of years learning and development experience to this role, enabling you to hit the ground running and quickly make an impact

You'll also demonstrate:

  • The ability to easily build rapport, trust and respect with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of adult learning theory.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Adult Education or other relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrate coaching and influencing skills.
  • Have an understanding of the dairy industry, our shareholders and their current and future needs.
