About the Role:


As a Learning Partner, you'll actively support the OD & Talent Manager in building the OD strategy and activity plan.

You'll lift organisational capability through the creation and delivery of learning solutions, which align with our People and Performance strategies and frameworks.

Exciting projects await, providing you with solid anchor points to develop and grow your career, including:

  • Development and deployment of a High-Performance programme.
  • Delivering enterprisewide learning solutions, including workshop facilitation & delivery
  • Supporting activities to reinforce high performing and engaging Culture.
  • Rolling out new learning solutions

About You
With your high energy and positive attitude, you'll be eager to grow your career within this rewarding role.

Ideally you will bring experience in developing and deploying learning, with some experience around change management, culture change, and high-performance teams' programmes.


  • Around 34 years of experience in a learning function (OD, L&D, instructional design).
  • Curiosity, high emotional intelligence, and selfawareness.
  • The ability to build strong rapport with others.
  • A good understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand needs, problem solve and develop solutions.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, HR, or related field.
