About the role


This role is part of the NZ Markets Marketing and Products team which operates as the channel to our customers and customer voice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based at Newstead, Hamilton.


You'll join a future-focussed, collaborative team environment where you'll design, develop and deliver future state learning solutions for our business, catering for both internal and external customer groups.


About you
We are looking for some with the following skills and attributes;

  • A tertiary qualification in Education or other relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in learning and development
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong knowledge of adultlearning theory, programme facilitation and evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to adjust to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in managing the design and delivery of training programmes against best practice methodologies, to develop people capability
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills

Responsible for

  • Strategic design, planning and execution of blended learning programs
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders across the business at all levels
- championing, and delivering, new and existing future-ready programmes that maximise successful knowledge acquisition and skill transfer

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive, relevant, effective, and engaging way
  • Design and delivery of bespoke training to the business in consultation with the Learning and Development Lead
  • Fostering strong collaborative relationships with regional and global colleagues and L&D networks
