Purpose of the role:


This position will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the Recreation Centre, ensuring best practice is followed and ensuring Health and Safety regulations and terms of the hire agreement are adhered to.

It will oversee and coordinate weekend or late-night events, ensuring the property is maintained at a high standard, all while providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff members and members of the public using the Recreation Centre.


What we are looking for:

Someone who has the ability to:

  • Provide support and assistance to our clients and guests in the Recreation Centre
  • Have effective communication as to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all
  • Manage and maintain key relationships with the responsible hirer/user at the time of the event
