**Role Overview**: The Centre Manager will play a crucial role in managing and administrating our exam centre operations to make a significant impact in the education and training industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, organises, directs, controls, and coordinates the operations of a computer laboratory to conduct highly secure exams
- Help us to establish the exam centre (Computer based Exam laboratory)
- Manage day-to-day operations of the exam centre, ensuring a secure, professional testing environment.
- Oversee customer service and technical support, maintaining a high standards of service quality.
- Ensure compliance with Pearson VUE policies and procedures, upholding the integrity of our testing services.
- Manage facility issues and multitask effectively to address operational challenges.

**Remuneration and Schedule**
- Competitive wages $30/hr (Min)
- $32/hr (Max) working up to a 48 hour per week, with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, 8 am till 7 pm)
- Number of positions for this job: 1 to 2
- Employment type: Full Time Permanent
- Willingness to address technical and operational issues outside of standard working hours.

**Qualifications**: -**
- Experience in Managing an exam centre (Computer Lab) or similar role
- Preferably a bachelor's degree or higher

**You should have**
- Minimum of 02 year of running and managing a Lab
- Customer service experience in exam/lab settings
- Effective communication, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility in work hours and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
