Hands-on Accounts Payable role with marketing-leading manufacturing company.
They need a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Accounts Payable team.

About Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.

  • Facilitate new suppliers
  • Process a large volume of local and Australian invoices
  • Accurate and timely payment of invoices
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Answer enquires relating to accounts and invoices
  • Process approved staff reimbursements and prepare weekly payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements

  • 2+ years Accounts Payable experience ideally in a highvolume environment
  • Effective and professional communication skills
