We have a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our newly formed Circular Services team in Christchurch.


About the Role


You will support our management team and be responsible to coordinate compliance activities, company policy, HSEQ System Management, ensure compliance against KPI's and Safety & Sustainability targets.


Your key responsibilities in this role are

  • Investigating and documenting hazards, incidents or unsafe acts and the coordination of investigations, observations, and inspections
  • Maintaining current and effective records
  • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining SOP's, work instructions and arranging training for staff collecting, analysing and reporting on all statistics relating to HSEQ.
  • Acting as first point of contact for site and operational managers with HSEQ department.
  • Coordinating & Presenting Toolbox talks
  • Developing and coordinating site HSEQ plans

About you


We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is looking for an opportunity where you can make a difference and wish to expand your career in the HSEQ and compliance field.

You embrace change, you're a confident effective communicator who can multitask and can work well under pressure. You'll have a positive attitude and have high attention to detail with documentation and compliance. A genuine passion for safety and people is a must.


It is preferable if you have working knowledge of HSEQ legislation and regulations and previous experience with HSEQ management systems.

A full driver's licence is required.
