Inventory Controller

The inventory controller performs a key role in the store, managing the accuracy of inventory data by employing best practice methods and procedures as well as reviewing inventory transactions_

The Role:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start times negotiable, early starts often required
  • Plan and action cycle counts
  • Analyse differences and using SAP system work back through processes to determine root cause
  • Liaise with buyers and other stakeholders over stock issues
  • Monitor stock in all areas of the store, from receipting, storage, locating for display as well as sale and consumption

Do you meet our requirements?

  • Thorough knowledge of SAP inventory screens
  • Proven record of consistently producing accurate, error free work, with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable Numeracy skills
  • Previous experience in a role of cycle counter, buyer or inventory controller preferable
  • Supermarket experience is a plus
  • Police check is required
