**JOB TITLE** **Supply Chain Manager**
- **Position purpose To effectively manage the operation and all related logistics activities of the warehouse including planning, controlling, and coordinating the storage and distribution of goods used by and produced by the company.**_

Main tasks

Core objectives include:
1. Establish, execute, and supervise the company’s distribution strategies, policies and plans.

2. Manage all warehouse processes in a safe and effective manner.

3. Ensure safe, effective, and supportive supervision and training of all warehouse staff and monitor their performance.

4. Ensure all receiving, receipting, storage and dispatch of all ingredients, packaging, work in progress, and finished goods are completed accurately in the required time frames.

5. Ensure required stock levels are maintained at all times, with cost effective strategies.

6. Ensure all stock movements required for Inwards Goods Quality Checks are monitored and completed accurately and in a timely manner whilst minimising cost.

7. Ensure all documentation is completed and maintained to GMP standards.

8. Determine and ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements of all staff, contractors, and visitors in the warehouse area.

9. Ensure the warehouse inventory is kept in a safe and tidy condition at all times.

10. Ensure all inventory quantities and locations are accurately maintained in the Operating Recording System (Unleashed), including the re-ordering and restocking of inventory.

11. Ensure that all inventory reconciliations, inventory cycle-counting, transfers, and adjustments are accurately completed in a timely manner.

12. Manage and oversee the records of storage and distribution transactions.

13. Ensure effective communication with respective departments and customers regarding supplies for outwards goods and associated forwarding transportation.

14. Prepare, implement, monitor, and maintain company policies and plans to ensure optimal storage and distribution of goods.

15. Provide key back up and support to Procurement Specialist for procurement and purchasing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate Diploma Level 7 in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or equivalent
- Counterbalance and reach Forklift license

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years Warehouse or stock control experience.
- Staff supervision experience.
- Accredited Person Certification for MPI.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of GMP certified production methodologies required.

- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

- Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with other.

**Time management/organisation**:

- Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given.

**Physically fit**:

- Able to stand for long periods. Some lifting required.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Graduate Diploma / Graduate Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply Chain: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Endorsement (required)
