We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our team in Hamilton on a permanent full-time basis. This is a busy operations role so time management skills, good communication and organisational skills are key in the role.

Reporting to the Regional Manager your responsibilities will be:

- Picking and packing products, receive sales orders
- Ordering stocks and maintaining stock levels at optimal levels
- Deliveries, loading and unloading products.
- Check on dispatch of products and keeping warehouse area clean and tidy
- Ensure stock is readily available for all our technicians
- Responsible for receiving stocks and reporting any discrepancies
- Conduct monthly stock takes
- Responsible for our rubbish compactor on site
- Conducting monthly stock takes and reporting
- Ensuring our Van drivers have stocks ready for loading to maximise productivity
- Ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place for stock pick up.
- Ensure optimal levels of stocks are held at our sub depots in Rotorua and Taurang
- Regular visits to Tauranga and Rotorua will be required
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Experience in warehouse or inventory experience will be an advantage
- Physically fit as some manual handling is required
- Ability to work in a team, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Computer knowledge
- Prioritise in tight timeframes and a great organiser.
