**About the role**:

- The Supply Chain Planner and ERP Specialist is a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s supply chain planning and execution processes and the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- This role oversees the purchasing and works closely with cross-functional teams, including planning, logistics, and production, to optimize the supply chain processes and ensure the ERP system supports these processes effectively.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to our production team so that they can successfully deliver to customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system supports supply chain processes, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics. Provide the necessary feedback, guidance and periodic reports that align teams for successful supply chain performance.Monitor and analyse supply chain data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics to measure and improve supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Own the supply chain function of the ERP system, including system configuration, master data management, monthly MRP, and user support.
- Provide user training and support to ensure the ERP system is used effectively and efficiently.
- Continuously review and refine supply chain processes and the ERP system to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

**About You**:

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or a related field, with experience in ERP system and leading a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to achieve high stock accuracy
- Proven track record of stock control and or stock taking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in using ERP systems, preferably Syteline, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
