**About the opportunity**
This newly created role has a primary objective to achieve on time delivery and fulfilment through developing a high performing team committed to exceeding customer standards. You will be responsible for delivering robust inventory management processes as well as onsite warehouse operations, off-site storage and 3PL services. You will ensure high standards for productivity, customer service, and quality.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have several years’ experience in supply chain with a focus on inventory control, and a sound understanding of the principles of warehousing and logistics. You’ll be a solution focused leader who will engage and empower your team to succeed in a fast paced and adaptive environment enabling continued growth. Every day you thrive on creating a seamless operation due to your passion for efficient processes, effective systems and a meticulous attention to inventory integrity.
**Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following**:
- Proven work experience in supply chain; an FMCG, food or dairy background is a plus
- Ability to lead and manage a team in an adaptive and fast paced environment
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- A curious mindset with a logical approach to problem solving
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement ability
