**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Replenishment Planner to join our dedicated Supply Chain team. Reporting to our Supply Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising inventory levels, managing order processes and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.

In this role you’ll lead replenishment planning efforts, analyse market trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. You’ll also be engaging with external partners on a regular basis, including suppliers and 3PL/4PL partners.

**The Fit**

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything you do. You’ll have experience in supporting accurate inventory and order management to minimise the risk of overstocking or stockouts. In addition, you’ll also have:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualification in supply chain management, business or a related field
- Proven experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting or related roles
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Knowledge of inventory control, replenishment techniques and supply chain best practices.
