Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our School of Creative and Digital Arts team.

You will provide high-quality and proficient administrative support by using efficient processes and adaptable working practices, with primary responsibility for Digital Screen programmes in the School, including the Bachelor of Digital Screen (Honours).

You will work to foster a collaborative team approach and help build a positive culture.

Mōu | Who You Are
You will have extensive administrative experience with exceptional customer service, communication and problem-solving skills and show initiative to proactively support a busy project, as well as:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in general office support role
  • Experience working in an educational environment and in particular the tertiary sector
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to cope with competing demands
  • High degree of initiative and selfdirection to achieve outcomes
  • Learning capability to quickly pickup systems
  • Decisionmaking and problemssolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience and commitment to enhancing bicultural and cultural awareness and competence.
