Āu Mahi | What You Will Do


The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly competent Tautāwhi | Administrator to work alongside a busy team in UC's Business School, providing professional, proactive and confidential administrative support services for the University's flagship MBA Programme (and its affiliated programmes).


Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in an education-related or business environment with a strong customer service focus, as well as:

  • experience coordinating courses, workshops and events and general office organisation
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- a positive can-do attitude, with energy, drive and initiative
- excellent intrapersonal skills to carry out duties such as front of house reception greeting students and staff
- proven experience and commitment to enhancing cultural awareness and competence.
