Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

The role of Tautāwhi | Administrator in UC's Business School is to provide high quality, proficient administrative support to our business units and their staff.

You will support our collaborative team approach, engaging in efficient process and flexible team working practices.

Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, preparing and processing correspondence, coordinating academic programmes, processing large datasets, hiring fixed term and casual contracts and timesheets.

The Business School provides a positive challenge for an administrator wanting to work in a vibrant and progressive environment.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an administrative support role, along with

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to cope with competing demands.
  • Ability to competently use all modern office technology and equipment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate electronic and paperbased filing systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
