About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to experience a role within the Prevention Development team. As District Assessor - Burglary Prevention, based in Christchurch. You will liaise with your community, undertake home assessments, provide security advice, and administer burglary prevention initiatives.

You will report to the Canterbury District Coordinator - Burglary Prevention and will be part of the Prevention Development Team within Iwi and Community based in Christchurch.

This position is unique and will require a highly engaged positive attitude to enable focused prevention through partnerships.

You will be working with a high performing, innovative and committed team.

This position is a fixed term role and may require travel and work outside standard hours.
