THE ROLE
Provide executive support to the Legal team, including Leadership, through management of their priorities, projects and work schedules.
Administration;
- Diary management
- Document drafting and editing
- Meeting organisation, agendas and minutes
- Business travel
- Processing expenses
- Logistical support
- Identify pressure points
- Use initiative to relieve pressures
- Allocate resources ahead of need
- Monitor progress and delivery
- Communicate with key stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive high level secretarial and administration support
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of discretion
- Sound organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management
