We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join our quality systems group as a Programme Coordinator.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • experience working in a similar role where planning and coordination was a key component of your work
- sound organisational skills, with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines while preserving the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
- excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft365 with some knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams and SurveyMonkey
- knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile beneficial

About the role


As Programme Coordinator for the quality systems group, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient programme and events coordination to enable the successful delivery of workstream activities.


Your responsibilities will include:

Project coordination support. Undertake the necessary planning and day-to-day coordination associated with maintaining project plans, schedules, risk, issue and change registers, administering the change management process, administering contracts and tracking reporting timeframes.

Adverse events support. Support the System Safety Advisor administratively with the adverse event database and action changes to confirm data quality.

Event coordination. Providing events management support for the Learning from harm programme such as supporting with managing registrations, events air website and following up invoices.

Meeting coordination. Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organising equipment and catering where required as well as taking minutes.

Stakeholder engagement. Engage and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Cultural safety. Acknowledge cultural differences by respecting spiritual beliefs, cultural practices and lifestyle choices.
