Position Overview
- Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an up-and-coming sales superstar to join our New Zealand Enterprise Sales Team. Based in Wellington, you will support our Enterprise Account Managers to grow our largest accounts within the government and enterprise sector. You will also be responsible for your own sales territory including many local councils and small-mid size government departments. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers while identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. This role requires fantastic attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand our customer's business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quoting, building PC configurations, and provide product and shipping information to resellers and customers
- Support our Enterprise Account Managers to develop proposals, assist with customer enquiries, and any other administrative tasks as needed
- Be the primary point of contact for our resellers and customers within your dedicated sales territory, address any challenges, and explore new business opportunities
- Manage product seeding and loan equipment for testing and proof of concepts
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Expand the portfolio of solutions purchased by our customers, covering PC, Print, Poly and Services.
- Sell in partnership with our reseller community to deliver customer-winning outcomes.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales support role, tele-sales, customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
- A degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline is desirable but not required.
- Previous experience working within the IT or Technology industry in New Zealand would be beneficial.
