Our client is looking for a proactive, driven, flexible and dynamic person to hit the ground running within the FMCG Industry As a Sales Representative in the Wellington and Hawkes Bay region, you'll be the face of the business within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to ensure excellence in-store KPI's, and successful promotions and launches deployment.

Manage and negotiate volumes, and pricing with customers ensuring that maximum sales are achieved.


This is a great opportunity for a Coordinator looking to step into their next challenge This is a busy role and to be successful you will be able to think on your feet, have strong communication and relationship building skills, work in an agile environment and have a keen eye for detail.


This role will be managing the Wellington to Hawkes Bay region. The role is fully remote, with 2 nights a fortnight away.

The Role:

  • Negotiate financial terms and agree ranging of NPD within business case, ensure all invoices are captured and processed within time period
  • Manage territory and call cycle in line with expectations set by National Field Manager and National Business Manager of account
  • Achieve core ranging targets as set for territory
  • Attend Sales Conferences and internal/external trainings
  • Provide product and service advice
  • Ensure point of sale is of high standard
  • Develop and maintain efficient and effective customer call cycle

About You:

  • FMCG field sales or experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear Communication
  • Excellent people relationships and negotiating skills
  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Selfmotivation and ability to work independently
