About the role:
We are looking for a fabulous, part time hours) client coordinator to assist our vaccination lead in the running of our flu vaccination programme for 2023.

The role is from March to June, based in our Wellington CBD office, with the ability to work 1-2 days per week from home.

Some early morning starts (7am) are required in May and early June during our peak delivery period. Other start times are between am.

Our primary focus is being the key contact for clients; working with them to confirm details of the vaccination clinics, manage bookings and create invoices.

You will also manage the equipment and Cold Chain in Wellington, ensuring vaccines are stored and transported correctly.

Vitality Works is one of the leading providers of work-place influenza (flu) vaccinations in New Zealand.

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous customer service / coordination experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Problem solving skills, especially while working under pressure
  • Competent with Excel and Outlook
