As we prepare to expand our offerings, we are excited to introduce specialised services tailored specifically for men. We are seeking a versatile individual to join us as a Beauty Clinic Coordinator & Men's Wellness Specialist.

This unique role will play a crucial part in meeting the evolving needs of our clientele and contributing to the continued success of our clinic.


Responsibilities:

Beauty Clinic Coordination:

  • Manage clinic appointments and oversee daytoday clinic operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
  • Utilise digital platforms and software systems for scheduling, recordkeeping, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract and retain clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary beauty products and equipment, which may involve occasional lifting and handling of supplies.

Men's Beauty & Wellness Services:

  • Provide expert beauty services tailored to the needs and preferences of male clients, addressing concerns such as acne, aging, and pigmentation.
  • Offer specialised skincare treatments designed for men's skin, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Perform body sculpting treatments tailored to masculine aesthetics, enhancing confidence and physique.
  • Administer lymphatic/deep massage techniques for male physiology, promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
  • Create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all clients, ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in men's beauty and wellness, incorporating innovative techniques and treatments into our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in customer service, including roles in leadership, quality assurance, workforce scheduling, and business analysis, coupled with entrepreneurial experience, is desired.
  • Proficiency in computer and digital tools for scheduling, recordkeeping, and client management, with knowledge and acumen in graphic design for social media management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for beauty and wellness services, with a genuine desire to promote men's health and grooming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certificate or proof of training in Skin & Wellness Massage is a prerequisite.
  • Willingness to work with male clients is essential.
