As a Key Account Manager, reporting to the Commercial Leader, you'll be responsible for managing strategic national key accounts, maximising sales and growth opportunities.

You will proudly represent our brand and products in the market, lead the development and implementation of the key account business plans, deliver on key initiatives and KPI's whilst ensuring that customer needs and expectations are exceeded.

What you'll do:

Work with the Commercial Leader to support and implement key strategic initiatives and channel sales plans.

  • Accurate forecasting and achievement of sales & margin targets.
  • Build and execute key account and promotional plans.
  • Undertake category and product reviews.
  • Present new product submissions, plan and effectively launch into the market.
  • Coordinate with the field team for effective instore execution and day to day in store excellence.
  • Build relationships from store to head office level.
  • Regularly visit stores and undertake business reviews.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years account management and/or relevant FMCG sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). SAP experience and Circana/IRI Aztec Scan Data experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Selfstarter, customer focused, with a cando attitude and a passion for results.
