ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. _Other duties may be assigned._
- Managing all offsite jobs, including administration and planning
- Coordinating all in-house jobs including Depot repairs (to be agreed by Service Manager).
- Calibrating new equipment orders, either in house or onsite.
- Checking if the appropriate sponsor label is in place on all new equipment.
- Supporting new equipment installations and regularly interacting with local RAM.
- Provide technical support to customers either onsite or remotely, and supporting colleagues when needed.
- Managing onsite calibration schedules in an efficient manner.
- Owning service relationship with customers in designated area.
- Identifying and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
- Assist the office customer support staff with customer queries.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth insight in the Natus product ranges and respective software packages, ensuring up to date knowledge of new and existing product developments
- Conducting product training with customers.
- Updating customer account details, notes, actioning leads).
- Administer all SR cases in a timely manner (enter and close all service requests in Siebel).
- Submitting service reports as requested by the Service Manager.
- Logging customer interaction in the CRM system as per Natus procedure.
- Performing any other reasonable duty as may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth
Travel requirement:
Extensive, as this role requires customer visits.
Education and/or experience:
Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Engineering; or three years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificate, Licenses, Registration
Must hold a full, clean driver's license
