About the role


Our client Timpack are seeking a motivated team player to join their team and improve the accuracy of material movements on site.

This role will see you interact with various people across the business, from inwards goods to production, customers and the dispatch of finished goods.

Central to the role will see you perform the "close of day" process in our ERP system (PalMate), with the expectation that you will quickly become proficient.

On a day-to-day basis you will enjoy performing a diverse range of tasks as well as using your positive influencing skills to help solve problems and improve process.


About the role:

  • Work collaboratively with the Office Administrator, Planning Manager, and Supervisors to ensure customers receive their order on time.
  • Work with and provide guidance to the movement and production teams ensuring process is being adhered to and that records / paperwork are being completed correctly.
  • Liaise with customers and other Timpack branches, maintaining good relations, and ensuring Customer requirements are clearly communicated to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate regular cycle counts, working with the Supervisors to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure stock takes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Any learnings are incorporated into daytoday business to reduce variances over time.
We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, and an eye for continuous improvement.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to communicate, promote teamwork and work collaboratively to share knowledge and best practice.

In addition, you will be a self-starter, have good use of initiative and be willing to go above and beyond to complete tasks on time and ensure our customers receive a 5-star service.
