The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to provide support to our Information Services team.

Reporting to the Group IS Operations Information Manager, you'll work closely with IS Managers and the wider team by providing administration support and assistance with coordinating IS activities.

In this varied role, you'll be responsible for the likes of department communications, event management, procurement and financial processing, as well as administrative and executive support to the IS leadership team including the CIO.


You'll also be given the chance to recommend and coordinate process improvement initiatives, leveraging your insights to propose improvements that enhance departmental efficiencies and outcomes.


The Fit
We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrator, who has worked as an Executive Assistant (or similar).

This role requires a high degree of discretion and professionalism as you'll be handling confidential information and will represent the IS leadership team in various capacities.

You'll be committed to delivering high standards of customer service, and your outstanding communication skills will ensure you quickly build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you'll be someone who enjoys going the extra mile, has a growth mindset, is self-motivated and takes ownership of your work.


You'll also need:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration, Management (or similar).
  • Experience in senior administration roles, at Executive Assistant level or similar.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executives.
  • Experience in delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and variance analysis.
  • The ability to function in a fastchanging environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and prioritise in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with great problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to work together with colleagues to pool skills, ideas and resources to achieve objectives and resolve problems.
  • A lateral thinker who is open to change, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.
