He angitūtanga | About the Role:

Based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington, this role is part of the team responsible for providing administration support to the Whenua Services Team, ensuring farms, orchards, crops and forests are being well managed.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support Whenua Services team and the Te WhanganuiaTara office.
  • Schedule of meetings, meeting room and equipment set up, minute taking, and distribution of meeting materials
  • Invoice preparation
  • Data and content management

  • A strong team player, who can collaborate and assist to help the team function well
  • Skills in building and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience or an understanding of the rural sector is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and/or M365 is a plus.
  • A desire and ability to practise correct pronunciation of Te Reo Māori (essential).
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.
