Reporting to the STEP Change Practice Lead, this newly created Change Analyst role will be responsible for working alongside a team of change practitioners to report on the change progress across the programme.

You will have plenty of opportunity to add value, make positive improvements, and become recognised for your contribution.

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to assess current state, future states, and impact assessments.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a broader change team.
  • Strong communication skill, and an open approach to sharing information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new ways of working and familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and personal drive.

The annual salary range for this role is: $74,739 to $101,117 depending on skills and experience.
