About the role:
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for converting lead opportunities supplied by different sales &marketing sources into fully processing clients for our clientand to provide an exceptional customer salesexperience.
The AE will educate prospects on the value of the our client's service and product offerings by clearly articulating thefeatures and benefits using a solution selling approach. You will have the ability to understand customer needsthrough effective discovery and matching the unique value to those prospects to resolve those needs. Youwill also provide support to theBusiness Development Managers (BDMs) and Head of Sales to maximiseconversion of opportunitiesYou will be responsible for:
  • Convert all new customer and referral partner enquiriesvia inbound calls, emails, website, online chatbot serviceand other lead channels to progress quality sales throughto onboarding to complete the transition.
  • Provide effective demonstrations and presentations toprospects, tailoring a detailed solution to each clientsunique requirements through effective discovery andclosing.
  • Solution focused sales approach with prospects ensuringin-depth understanding of their problems and needs anddefining the ways we can meet those needs in acompelling way.
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate the value of our clientoffering and easily articulate cost vs. benefits for theprospect to understand compelling reasons to join forthe success of their business.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and leads to ensure consistent follow up and robust sales process to guide customers through the necessary steps to become a fully processing customer of our client.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding by assisting the Onboarding Team to collect relevant information and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Qualify and book appointments for BDMs with high value leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by providing clear guidelines and support to ensure onboarding expectations managed and customer timelines met.
  • Ensure customer is clear on how we will assist during onboarding process and what information will need to be supplied by the customer and by when to ensure expected first pay day deadline is met.
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ Sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with a solution selling approach
  • Understands how to craft customer solutions and clearly communicate value
  • Great communicator and confident presenting to different roles and personalities
  • Online demo experience an advantage
  • Experience working with a sales system such as Salesforce or Dynamics desirable Time management andprioritisation skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Effective work organisation skills with an ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to work as partof a team but also be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
