  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
  • Merchandising: Ensuring all advertised services and supplies ready to deliver and stocked and maintained. Also meet stipulated quality parameters ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails
  • Provide a high level of sales support.
  • Process and issue purchase orders.
  • Accounts and Payment systems
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices
  • Assisting with queries from staff and helping them with enquiries, ordering products and phoning clients topass on the required information
  • Complaints,gathering information and responding to the client
  • All phone inquiries

  • Excellent in Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
