About You

The Capability & Compliance Manager will drive compliance and support their region to achieve KPI's in health, safety, environment and quality.


  • Key skills & experience required:_
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, HSEQ, operations, or business support.
  • Excellent investigation and reporting skills.

About the role:

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
  • Develop HSEQ and Operational plans to meet skill and capability requirements and coordinate implementation of plans.
  • Implement the compliance strategy in line with relevant legislation and the company wide compliance objectives including company policy, company SOP's, company sustainability goals, ISO certification and annual strategy.
  • Ensure that all staff are inducted and trained to meet the required SOP, ISO, People and HSEQ standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in people processes to reduce potential for exploitation, fraud, dishonesty, or noncompliance with policy or legislation.
  • Enable effective operations & resource planning through the development of models and other tools that best predict future demands and required service responses.
  • Ensure Franchise consistency throughout the region and compliance with the Franchise Manual and Franchise Agreement with each of the Franchisees.
  • Mentor key staff/roles to adopt Operational compliance learning and excellence.
  • Support Area, Operations and Branch Managers to plan and deliver operational compliance programmes.
