About the Role

This role is focussed on key support areas to our staff, such administration requests, national and international travel requests and supporting our staff with any other requests that come through.

You'll work across day-to-day administrative duties such as supporting event coordination, covering the main phoneline, and processing orders.

This role is hugely driven by teamwork, whether it be covering the front reception desk, covering the mainline phones, or providing technical support in our meeting rooms.

You'll be able to transition across all functions of the Administration team when we're a head short.
What you'll do

  • Fronting our reception
  • Main phone line telephony responsibilities
  • Meeting room technology support and room set up
  • Purchase order requests and orders
  • Support with internal events and training
  • Provide highlevel, timely, administration support to staff as required for Projects, RFPs
  • Tech support for staff
  • Health and Safety representative
  • Mail and courier duties
What you'll bring

We are looking for a friendly, savvy administrator who has experience with the tasks listed above, with ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role.


  • Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as a part of a small team, and work autonomously and use initiative
  • Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines
